What is CTP plate base? CTP plate is computer-direct plate making and is a high-end product of PS version. It is widely used in offset printing plates such as positive PS plates, thermal CTP plates, photosensitive CTP plates, UV-CTP plates. It has the advantages of high printing quality, strong printing durability, environmental friendliness, cleanliness and reasonable cost.
The CTP plate base often uses 1060 aluminum plate as the base material, H18 status, thickness 0.13-0.40mm, width 650-1420mm. There are certain requirements for the surface quality, flatness, thickness tolerance and performance of the aluminum alloy plate.

The aluminum plate base is required to be clean and flat, without cracks, corrosion pits, spots, vents, scratches, folds, marks, peeling, pine branch-like patterns, oil marks and other defects; no non-metallic pressure or adhesion is allowed on the surface. Defects such as wounds, horizontal skin, and horizontal lines are not allowed; slight color differences, bright stripes, etc. are not allowed; bulges, ruffles, etc. are not allowed.
