Hongsheng New Materials Project

The air-cushion furnace utilizes gas suspension technology to prevent direct contact between materials and the furnace, significantly improving the surface finish of aluminum sheets, strips, and foils. By precisely controlling heating rates, dwell times, and cooling curves, it enables grain refinement, internal stress elimination, and optimization of material strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance—while supporting large-scale continuous production.

The roller-hearth furnace employs roller-conveyor transmission for continuous heat treatment, featuring precise temperature control and dual-chamber vacuum annealing to effectively prevent high-temperature oxidation. It meets the requirements for annealing, solution treatment, and mass production of medium-thick aluminum plates across various alloys.

The chemical surface treatment line plays a critical role in enhancing aluminum surface properties through chemical processes. A three-stage cleaning procedure thoroughly removes natural oxide films, while anodic oxidation generates a controllable-thickness porous oxide layer, significantly improving corrosion and wear resistance. This provides a clean substrate for subsequent coating or welding, meeting the stringent demands of automotive exterior panels and precision components for robotics and drones.
